Our handling time is 2-5 business days after your payment has been processed, a tracking number (if applicable) will be provided to you after that. Shipping fees depend on the weight of your items along with the destination. We charge very low shipping fees for our customers to save you even more money.

We offer Shipping Insurance to protect your package against any lost or damaged shipments. For any issues reported, we will help to resolve your problems immediately.

Flat Rate Shipping takes about 7 to 25 business days to reach destination countries in the world. However, regional variations apply which are out of our control so we kindly ask our customers to be patient.

a) For USA, Canada, Australia customers, it takes about 7 to 14 business days.

b) For United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and most other Europe Countries, it may take 7 to 25 business days.

c). For customers in South America, it may take 15 to 30 business days.

d). For other countries, it may take 15 to 25 business days.

For Standard Rate Shipping, it usually takes 5 -10 business days to most destination countries in the world. The tracking number will usually be trackable on the respective courier website 1 to 2 days after we have shipped the goods. Occasionally, there may be a slight delay before the package(s) become trackable while they are logged by the respective shipping company. This is outside our control so we kindly ask our customers to be patient.

For Expedited Rate Shipping, we ship by DHL, Fedex or other expedited shipping depending on your location; shipping time is 3 – 7 business days.

Please Note: What is item processing time ?

After your order has been received, every item will undergo strict quality control in order to ensure the product’s quality. Please note that different items are subject to different processing times. Generally, the average processing time is 5 business days (approximately); however, this is dependent on the item’s stock status. For small quantity orders, the processing time is 2-5 business days while large quantities can take approximately 4-10 business days to process.

Due to customs clearance times getting longer, Standard Rate Shipping and Hong Kong Post times have been affected.

During annual holidays, please note that all delivery times will be affected during these times of year as the service from all our suppliers and logistics operators will be disrupted. There is often a delay of 3-4 days and sometimes even longer. We sincerely apologize for any delays caused during these periods and kindly ask our customers to be patient.

7 Day Return Policy

At Xquizite Fashions our goal is always to provide our customers with high quality products and exceptional customer service. Customer satisfaction is always our number one priority. All items we carry are inspected before distributed to ensure the most pleasant shopping experience.

Warranty Terms: Our 7 days warranty starts the date of receiving the product. If you have any problem with the items please feel free to contact us immediately .

Warranty Process: To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process, please indicate your ticket with all the details such as your order number, SKU number or the product name. Then kindly follow these 3 steps:

  1. Please describe the issue.
  2. Once we have reviewed all the details above, we will arrange a return under warranty.
  3. Please ship the package according to the R.M.A instructions provided by our team.

Warranty Compensation: All damaged items under the 7 days warranty should be returned to our warehouse with a RMA form provided by our Customer Support Team.

Damaged Items: Upon product’s receipt, we will resend you replace at our cost or refund you.

None Damaged Items: If the item is not damaged but you are dissatisfied with it, please feel free to contact us. Kindly explain us the situation, we will allow a return for an exchange as long the item is unused/unworn with all its label, tags and original packaging. Shipping fees to return the item(s) to us and to resend the exchange will be covered fully by the customer.

Missing products/accessories: We check all items/accessories before sending them, this should be extremely rare. Please contact as per our warranty process as above, we will offer you a solution.

Size & fitting and wrong product: Due to the wide offer available on our website, Xquizite Fashions collaborates with several manufacturers and brands. It is possible to observe slight size differences between them. Customers are responsible to review the size chart and to choose the right item.

If you have received the wrong size, submit a ticket indicating the delivered size and the size you have ordered. Please kindly let us know whether the fitting is too small or too large.

Once we receive your details as above, we will suggest an exchange for free or a refund.

If you have ordered the wrong size or the wrong item, we can allow you to return. Please contact us to get an R.M.A form (Return Merchandise Authorization). We can allow you to return for an exchange. Shipping fees to return the item(s) to us and to resend the exchange will be covered fully by the customer.

Return Costs: Customers have to cover the shipping fees to return the items. This cost is not refundable. Customers should provide us the returning tracking information. We will proceed with compensations once we receive the items.

Please Refer To The Following Return Policies: Customers must return the package as per our instructions shipping address indicated on the R.M.A document and cover the shipping fee for returning the package only if customer support team have authorized the return. Packages sent back without authorization or not according to R.M.A instruction will not be accepted. Please contact our customer service for further advice.

Warranty Exceptions: Items which are exempt from refunds, exchanges or replacements include all apparel listed under the underwear (woman’s intimates) swimwear, clearance categories, or any discounted products provided that Xquizite Fashions did not make.
